Ms. So comes to Hilltop with over 15 years of experience in grants administration. Most recently, Ms. So served in management and leadership positions encompassing finance, human resources, facilities, payroll, program and proposal development, and administrative operations at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Medicine and Bloomberg School of Public Health.
