Hilltop Presents at the 2026 AcademyHealth
Annual Research Meeting


Hilltop staff presented at the 2026 AcademyHealth Annual Research Meeting (ARM) held May 30–June 2 in Seattle.

Principal Policy Analyst Christine Gill, PhD, presented two posters: Characteristics and Spending of Medicare-Medicaid Full-Benefit Dual Eligibles in Maryland Overall and by Developmental Disability Administration Waiver Participation (authors Christine Gill, PhD, Stephanie Cannon-Jones, MPS, Chengli Sun, ASA, & Christin Diehl, MA), and Sleep Disorders among Maryland Adults Aged 19-64 Enrolled in Medicaid (authors Christine Gill, PhD, Jennifer Albrecht, PhD, David Idala, MA, and Emerson M. Wickwire, PhD).

Policy Analyst Morgane Mouslim, DVM, ScM, participated on a panel and gave a presentation titled Endowment Assets and Charity Care Provision. She also presented a poster titled Financial Capacity and Community Benefit at U.S. Not-for-Profit Hospitals: Endowments and Charity Care (authors Morgane C. Mouslim, DVM, ScM, and Tatiane Santos, PhD).

Principal Policy Analyst Dolapo Fakeye, PhD, chaired a session titled Policy Levers Shaping Health Care Workforce Effectiveness. In addition, Executive Director Alice Middleton, JD, attended a special breakfast session with students in the Penn LDI SUMR Program, where the future of health research was evident in the students’ excitement and passion.
